Yes that’s right Monderman … thanks for the link (as you can see I’ve been following this idea for some years).
So did you actually have an opportunity to sell his ideas ?
We had an opportunity to write about these ideas in a book on Russian “transport strategy” which had wide circulation some 11-12 year ago. The book and series of presentations were sponsored by market-minded politicians, who were active in Russian politics in that legendary past 🙂 But even at that time it was accepted as a kind of freak show on our part.
