Staggering. Yet one more thing that makes me think of Romero’s zombie movies.
What’s staggering Sam ? The fact I even suggested there was a question, or the reported decision the cruise company made ?
The image in my mind of rich people drinking daiquiris so close to unimaginable suffering. I don’t even blame the company very much.
OK, but the spin I put on it is that those very people are the ones who express the “sickening” emotion, and recognize the moral conflict and wish they could do more to help. (More so than more remote witnesses.)
